This is a heavily interactive web application, and JavaScript is required. Simple HTML interfaces are possible, but that is not what this is.

But one of the best is probably booru sites like danbooru/gelbooru, cause they are curated and have an extensive tag system. You can argue they repost it on those sites without permission (I personally don‘t mind it) but yeah, it‘s a valuable resource and archive.
