A friend's rural electric co-op worsened their already bad policies on solar. So he got a whole house battery & is now off grid. More & more ppl will happily cut the cord. Particularly galling that RECs are doing this. Should be helping more go solar. No longer co-ops. Munis should also be ashamed.
