Highest heat index in 55 years in Tampa today! Downright swamp-like! Hit a 120 heat index twice so far today.
Now, whether this is Tampa's highest heat index is debatable. During the 1960s, the heat index may have exceeded 130. I am checking into the validity of that.
Dew point of 83 is rare here!
