Fascinating museum-style re-creation. A 2022 Räuschling made in the style of 1910 by Weinbaumuseum am Zürichsee (Switzerland) weinbaumuseum.ch. Dry wine w/ high acidity & extract, and low alcohol (7% ABV), produced from unripe grapes. Back then, Räuschling struggled to ripen fully around Lake Zürich
