This is a heavily interactive web application, and JavaScript is required. Simple HTML interfaces are possible, but that is not what this is.

You might need to boost the audio using some kind of amplifier. I use a Fiio KA13 which is a DAC that works over USB-C. Should work with a pi! FiiO/JadeAudio KA13 Portable DAC... https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0CJ6RKV6X?ref=ppx_pop_mob_ap_share
For power, there’s probably 12V wires and you can use a buck converter to get to 5V
