The turn of phrase, "for all intents and purposes" somehow got misheard and re-written as "for all intensive purposes," and it throws me EVERY TIME.
Apparently this is a common mistake, but thanks to my focus I've only ever seen it in games journalism that's trying hard to sound very loquacious.
