This is a heavily interactive web application, and JavaScript is required. Simple HTML interfaces are possible, but that is not what this is.

there's also the fact that the default viewport on twitch is maybe 800 pixels on a maximized 1080p monitor; 1440 is quite literally 4× the display resolution, and at 7-8Mbps ... idk. feels like a big waste (and as far as end-user resource usage goes, i'll never be able to play this on the laptop)
