ずっと気になっていた「パンのせいろ蒸し」。せいろを手に入れたので、まずはあえて普通は蒸すことはないハンバーガーとメロンパンで挑戦してみた。水分でベチョベチョにならないか心配だったけれど、どちらもフワッフワのもっちもちになって美味しかった。ひと手間はかかるけれど、またいろんなパンで試してみたい。
