This is a heavily interactive web application, and JavaScript is required. Simple HTML interfaces are possible, but that is not what this is.

Not a good argument: *if* 95% of their customers loved it, they wouldn’t waste time making a button for the 5% who don’t.
But I actually agree with your main point: the AI integrations by Google and MSFT are mostly trash.
The Claude in Outlook was the *first* in an “office” suite that wasn’t, IMO.
