Data from @owenwntr.bsky.social shows areas w/ high density were worse for Harris ⏬ Potential explanation: Many Biden CHIPS & IRA prgms focused benefits on non-urban areas. With IIJA, admin focused discretionary grants on urban areas, but overall spending (by states) went to rural/suburban areas.
