赤坂の虎屋菓寮で道明寺製の「笹衣」をお抹茶でいただく。黄色く染められた道明寺生地で御膳餡を包み、青笹の葉を衣のように巻いてあるので「笹衣」。初出年代は、大正7年（1918年）
