This is a heavily interactive web application, and JavaScript is required. Simple HTML interfaces are possible, but that is not what this is.

Format-on-save is now disabled by default, except for languages with official formatters.
For existing users, this means their custom configurations will stay, but any values that were previously "default" will be updated.
