This is a heavily interactive web application, and JavaScript is required. Simple HTML interfaces are possible, but that is not what this is.

You don't need external services to clean up arbitrary web URLs. Install https://github.com/Johanneskaufmann/html-to-markdown or s/th like it, and tell your agent to use it:

Done. (I like that tool because it's fast, and #LLMs know how to use curl.)
