This is a heavily interactive web application, and JavaScript is required. Simple HTML interfaces are possible, but that is not what this is.

I've made a Hot Reload template for Odin + Sokol: https://github.com/karl-zylinski/odin-sokol-hot-reload-template
The build script compiles the game, but can also set up Sokol (download the latest bindings and compile the libraries).
There's also web build support (for making web release builds, it has nothing to do with hot reload).
